We collect account information (name, email) via Clerk authentication, usage data (pages visited, features used), subscription and billing data via Stripe, and portfolio/watchlist data you voluntarily provide.

We use your information to provide and improve the Platform, process subscriptions, send service communications, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data.

3. Data Storage and Security

Data is stored in Supabase PostgreSQL with Row-Level Security, encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256). Authentication is managed by Clerk. Server-side secrets are never exposed to clients.

4. Third-Party Services

We use Clerk (authentication), Stripe (billing), Supabase (database), and Vercel (hosting). Each provider maintains its own privacy policy. Market data is sourced from licensed providers.

5. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. You may export your data and cancel your account at any time.
