1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Wolfrayet ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. Wolfrayet is operated as an investment intelligence platform providing research, analytics, and decision-support tools.
2. Description of Service
Wolfrayet provides investment intelligence, market research, probability models, portfolio analytics, and explainable market insights. The Platform is not an investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial planner. Nothing on the Platform constitutes investment advice, financial advice, tax advice, or legal advice.
3. Account Registration
Account registration is free. You must provide accurate information and maintain the security of your credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
Paid subscriptions (Professional and Institutional) are billed monthly through Stripe. Explorer accounts are free forever. Prices are listed on our Pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. See our Subscription Terms and Refund Policy for details.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Platform for unlawful purposes, attempt to circumvent access controls, scrape data at scale without authorization, reverse engineer the Platform, or misrepresent Wolfrayet outputs as guaranteed investment advice.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, models, algorithms, and platform technology are owned by Wolfrayet or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Platform for personal or authorized institutional research purposes.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wolfrayet shall not be liable for any investment losses, indirect damages, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform. The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
8. Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via the Platform or email.
