Subscription Terms

1. Plans

Wolfrayet offers three tiers: Explorer (free), Professional ($49/month), and Institutional ($99/month). Explorer accounts remain free forever. Registration never requires payment.

2. Billing Cycle

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. Your billing date is established at the time of initial subscription. Charges appear on your payment method on file.

3. Upgrades and Downgrades

You may upgrade or downgrade at any time through the billing portal in Settings. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time. Access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period. After cancellation, your account reverts to Explorer tier entitlements.

5. Grace Periods

If payment fails, Stripe may retry collection. During a grace period, paid access may continue while payment is resolved. Persistent payment failure may result in downgrade to Explorer tier.
