Subscription fees are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods after cancellation.

2. Cancellation

When you cancel, you retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.

3. Billing Disputes

If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@wolfrayet.com within 30 days of the charge. We will investigate and resolve legitimate billing errors.

4. Explorer Accounts

Explorer accounts are free and incur no charges. No refund policy applies to free accounts.
